Chromatin replication preprint now online!

Our first preprint covering DNA replication is now online. We establish a fully reconstituted DNA replication system on a chromatinized substrate and visualize multiple snapshots of DNA replisome progression through a nucleosome. This is a big breakthrough for our lab and we are excited about more research revolving around DNA replication in the future!
